This website is run by Furaha and Baraka Farms Limited, Bankers Court, Greenlane, off Ngong Road, Nairobi, Kenya. It tells you about our work and how to contact us.

The text, photos, films, maps, logos and design on this site belong to FBF or to the people and organisations who licensed them to us (see Credits). Partner names and logos belong to their owners.

You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with a credit to FBF. Please ask us before reusing photos, films or longer extracts.

Photo, video and map credits are listed on our Credits page.

Figures on this site, such as trees grown, survival rates, hectares and people engaged, are shown with an "as of" date or the report they come from. They are correct to the best of our knowledge on that date and may change as projects progress and new monitoring results come in.

Report figures are labelled with the report they come from, and some are management-reported. Please contact us before using a figure in your own reporting, so we can give you the latest number and its source.

We link to other websites, such as partners, YouTube and social media. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". The information here is general and isn't professional advice for your project. To the extent the law allows, FBF isn't liable for loss caused by relying on the site or by it being unavailable.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya deal with any dispute about them.
